Ellinor Smith als McYlroy having (as is reported) departed this life intestate the Court has thereupon decreed her two children viz John and Ellinor Smith joint executors of all her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever, John being absent Ellinor is sworn in form of law and gave pledges Robert Killey and William Curlett.
The inventory next Court sub poena juris
